TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Bristol, UK

Salary: £40k base + commission (OTE £70k)

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant partners within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through a mix of field visits and desk-based planning.
  • Monitor partner performance using data dashboards to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively reduce churn through consultative conversations and strategic interventions.
  • Lead onboarding, activation, and optimization for new and existing partners.
  • Contribute to scaling efforts by refining account management playbooks and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial role.
  • Proven background in food tech, hospitality, marketplaces, or SaaS.
  • Experience working toward retention, churn reduction, or revenue-related goals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for both in-person and written interactions.
  • Ability to balance autonomy with structured, data-driven ways of working.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in territory-based or field-led roles.
  • Strong interest in data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Passion for process improvement and building scalable workflows.
