Location: Hybrid role based in Bristol, UK
Salary: £40k base + commission (OTE £70k)

What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant partners within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through a mix of field visits and desk-based planning.
- Monitor partner performance using data dashboards to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Proactively reduce churn through consultative conversations and strategic interventions.
- Lead onboarding, activation, and optimization for new and existing partners.
- Contribute to scaling efforts by refining account management playbooks and reporting processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial role.
- Proven background in food tech, hospitality, marketplaces, or SaaS.
- Experience working toward retention, churn reduction, or revenue-related goals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for both in-person and written interactions.
- Ability to balance autonomy with structured, data-driven ways of working.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK.

- Experience in territory-based or field-led roles.
