TL;DR
Account Manager Team Lead (AI): Leading and scaling the account management function for an AI-powered social care operating system with an accent on commercial growth and process automation. Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be based in or be able to commute to the London office for a minimum of 2 core office days per week
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + commission and equity

is building an AI operating system for the social care sector in the UK to help providers manage enquiries, occupancy, and finances more efficiently.
What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Account Managers while maintaining a hands-on portfolio (50/50 split).
- Define and implement the account management operating model, including standards, playbooks, and processes.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting untapped potential within the partner base.
- Implement AI-driven automation and self-serve systems to optimize high-volume account handling.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate partner feedback into data-backed product requirements.
Requirements
- Proven track record in growing accounts via account management, customer success, or sales.
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts rather than a small enterprise portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to build systems, define processes, and drive structural change.
- Strong commercial instinct for promoting products and conducting expansion conversations.
- Experience coaching or mentoring others to improve their performance.
- Must be located in the UK and able to work from the London office at least 2 days per week.
