What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Scandinavian clients to maximize satisfaction.
  • Drive renewals and account expansion for the next season to ensure an active book of business.
  • Analyze customer workflows, demonstrate product value, and educate users on product utility.
  • Execute a range of commercial and engagement activities to achieve quarterly and yearly targets.
  • Conduct onsite visits to connect with coaches and athletes directly in the field.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom (candidates near London are prioritized).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Analytical ability to identify and communicate metrics showcasing user behavior and engagement.
  • Experience in unifying coaching staffs through data and video integration from various sources.
  • Proactive approach to client outreach and organizational skills to prioritize high-impact tasks.
