Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid: minimum 2 days/week in London Bridge office)

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 + commission + equity

What you will do

  • Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of partner accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for health and performance.
  • Build strong working relationships with partners to ensure they derive maximum value from the platform.
  • Identify and convert expansion and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor account data to proactively flag risks and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Develop scalable and repeatable account management processes to improve service efficiency.
  • Provide partner insights to the product team to influence future development.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar commercial relationship-facing role.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting revenue targets and managing upsell conversations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large volume of accounts without losing detail.
  • Confident communication skills across phone, email, and video calls.
  • Comfortable working with data to prioritize time and manage account risk.
