What you will do

• Own the full recruiting cycle for technical roles from scoping to offer close.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring strategies and calibrate candidate quality.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience through transparent communication and structured interview processes.
• Leverage recruiting data to monitor pipeline health and optimize hiring funnel performance.
• Support employer branding initiatives to increase hirify.global's visibility in the technical community.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of hiring across Software Engineering, Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Product functions.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering and product leadership as a trusted advisor.
• Active use of AI tools in the recruiting workflow for sourcing and pipeline management.
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Google Workspace.
• Must be based in Berlin and able to work onsite at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting within B2B SaaS, Fintech, or AI companies.
• Experience hiring internationally across Europe and supporting relocation processes.
• Familiarity with Ashby ATS.
