TL;DR
Senior Technical Recruiter (Fintech): Managing end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, and Design teams with an accent on sourcing strategies and stakeholder partnership. Location: Must be based in Berlin and able to work from the office at least three days per week.

What you will do
- Own the full recruiting cycle for technical roles from scoping to offer close.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring strategies and calibrate candidate quality.
- Deliver a standout candidate experience through transparent communication and structured interview processes.
- Leverage recruiting data to monitor pipeline health and optimize hiring funnel performance.
- Support employer branding initiatives to increase 's visibility in the technical community.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups.
- Proven track record of hiring across Software Engineering, Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Product functions.
- Experience partnering with senior engineering and product leadership as a trusted advisor.
- Active use of AI tools in the recruiting workflow for sourcing and pipeline management.
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Google Workspace.
- Must be based in Berlin and able to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting within B2B SaaS, Fintech, or AI companies.
- Experience hiring internationally across Europe and supporting relocation processes.
- Familiarity with Ashby ATS.
