Working Student for the Technical Support with Focus on Aerial Image Data Evaluation (m/f/d) (Aerial Data)

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany; mobile working is available as a benefit, and a company shuttle runs from Laim in Munich.

What you will do

• Evaluate lidar and aerial image data collected by drones to support customers with data processing.
• Communicate with international customers in German and mainly English.
• Maintain technical CRM tickets, create statistics, and summarize and forward issues to development.
• Work with development to solve complex customer problems and create technical instructions and training documents.
• Act as the interface between customers and development and flight-test departments.
• Carry out flight tests and contribute ideas for improving processes.

Requirements

• Currently studying geodesy, geography, or a similar subject.
• Previous knowledge of photogrammetry, lidar data analysis, or remote sensing.
• Experience with Pix4D Mapper and knowledge of GIS are desirable.
• Professional communication in German and English is required.
• Structured, self-motivated, communicative, and able to work independently.
• Interest in drones or aerospace.
