Working Student - System Administrator/IT Support

What you will do

• Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, and access issues across Windows and macOS devices.
• Resolve or escalate incidents through the IT service management platform.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, retrieve, wipe, and reset end-user devices for onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Support routine Entra ID and Intune administration tasks under supervision.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, asset records, and recurring-issue logs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 in a support or administration capacity.
• Interest in developing broader systems administration responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell.
• Experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
• Experience creating or managing agents through Copilot Studio.
