What you will do

• Support laboratories, hospitals, and medical practices with diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions.
• Resolve technical and application-related issues by phone and through remote diagnostic tools.
• Work directly with customers to identify solutions to complex problems.
• Prepare required on-site service visits in coordination with service technicians.

Requirements

• Completed training as a technician, Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analytics (MTLA), or an equivalent science or technology qualification.
• At least three years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in direct customer contact and complex technical problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and solid PC knowledge.
• Secure German and English language skills required.
