TL;DR

What you will do

  • Execute the full sales cycle within the Banking & Financial Services vertical in LATAM, from prospecting to contract signature.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value target banks, acquirers, PSPs, and wallets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with VP and C-suite decision-makers at financial institutions.
  • Lead complex commercial proposals and negotiations, balancing growth targets with long-term partnership economics.
  • Develop account-specific engagement strategies, including pitch decks, ROI models, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless deal execution.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish and advanced English proficiency required.
  • Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, or Chile.
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within B2B payments, banking, or fintech.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with banks or large financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Latin American banking and acquiring payment ecosystems.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and agents.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling payments technology, acquiring, or issuing solutions.
  • Existing network of contacts within LATAM financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
