What you will do
- Execute the full sales cycle within the Banking & Financial Services vertical in LATAM, from prospecting to contract signature.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value target banks, acquirers, PSPs, and wallets.
- Build and nurture relationships with VP and C-suite decision-makers at financial institutions.
- Lead complex commercial proposals and negotiations, balancing growth targets with long-term partnership economics.
- Develop account-specific engagement strategies, including pitch decks, ROI models, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless deal execution.
Requirements
- Native Spanish and advanced English proficiency required.
- Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, or Chile.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within B2B payments, banking, or fintech.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with banks or large financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of Latin American banking and acquiring payment ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and agents.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace.

- Experience selling payments technology, acquiring, or issuing solutions.
- Existing network of contacts within LATAM financial institutions.
- Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
