Location: Hybrid/Remote in Marbella, Spain

What you will do

  • Identify and cultivate prospective partner relationships within key sectors and industries.
  • Engage key decision-makers to build strategic partnerships.
  • Pro-actively manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress the opportunity pipeline.
  • Support partners with products and services, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance partnership opportunities and business retention.
  • Maintain CRM integrity and ensure key business metrics are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Successful track record in identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to identify pain points and position money transfer solutions for various business use cases.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle objections with solution-based outcomes.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Marbella, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in wealth management, financial services, or SaaS.
  • Previous experience working in Real Estate, Legal, Wealth Management, or Notary sectors.
