What you will do

• Generate new demand and qualify business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
• Own the lead triage and conversion process for new marketing-generated leads.
• Manage prospecting and qualification activities within the sales force automation system.
• Conduct initial qualification calls and ensure seamless transitions to Account Executives.
• Audit and maintain data hygiene standards within the CRM to ensure accurate reporting.
• Analyze outreach sequence effectiveness and recommend improvements to lead management workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with sales lead management systems and salesforce automation tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as part of a team.
• Strong project and time management skills.
