What you will do

• Achieve revenue targets and goals for the German and Swiss territories.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with key roles within partner accounts.
• Develop, negotiate, and track joint action plans with partners.
• Discover and maintain partner pipelines within the CRM system.
• Provide support to partners regarding licensing, product knowledge, and technical requirements.
• Ensure pipeline coverage and follow-up for resell and cloud projects.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in German and English required.
• 2+ years of experience in software velocity or high-volume sales.
• Strong ability to work independently as a motivated self-starter.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of channel community, industry, and market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
