What you will do
- Facilitate the bid process by qualifying RFPs, writing proposals, and developing effective pricing.
- Collaborate with Account and Sales Directors to expand client relationships and drive incremental revenue.
- Manage client expectations during the project delivery phase and assist the Client Services team as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM tool.
- Participate in client presentations and sales-related activities.
- Travel as required to meet customers and build key relationships.
Requirements
- English and Spanish: Good communication skills required.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in inbound sales or call center environments.
- Strong customer focus with previous experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be based in or able to work from Timisoara, Romania.
