What you will do
- Maintain and grow relationships with large merchant partners through regular on-site visits.
- Monitor merchant performance (usage, frequency, revenue) and develop tailored engagement plans.
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting co-marketing campaigns.
- Identify and acquire new high-potential merchants within assigned sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding in collaboration with Legal and Product teams.
- Track activities and KPIs using Salesforce CRM to ensure sales discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or field commercial roles.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts or acquiring strategic partners.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365.
- Fluency in the local language (Romanian) is required.
- Experience with benefit platforms or digital ecosystems is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
