Focus on increasing merchant engagement through co-marketing campaigns, optimizing performance KPIs, and leveraging Salesforce CRM for pipeline management.

What you will do

  • Maintain and grow relationships with large merchant partners through regular on-site visits.
  • Monitor merchant performance (usage, frequency, revenue) and develop tailored engagement plans.
  • Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting co-marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and acquire new high-potential merchants within assigned sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding in collaboration with Legal and Product teams.
  • Track activities and KPIs using Salesforce CRM to ensure sales discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or field commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts or acquiring strategic partners.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365.
  • Fluency in the local language (Romanian) is required.
  • Experience with benefit platforms or digital ecosystems is an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
