What you will do

  • Drive net new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and closing new logos.
  • Manage and expand existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Execute strategic account plans balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales opportunities across various industries.
  • Collaborate with Technical Pre-Sales, Business Consultants, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth post-sales transitions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them on strategic AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success selling cloud customer engagement solutions (CCaaS/SaaS) to diverse customers.
  • Experience in complex, consultative B2B sales environments within software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively to senior customer executives.
  • Documented success in verticals such as ISP, IT, Airlines, Real Estate, Travel, or Utilities.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and time management skills.
