What you will do
- Drive net new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and closing new logos.
- Manage and expand existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Execute strategic account plans balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
- Negotiate and close complex sales opportunities across various industries.
- Collaborate with Technical Pre-Sales, Business Consultants, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth post-sales transitions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them on strategic AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success selling cloud customer engagement solutions (CCaaS/SaaS) to diverse customers.
- Experience in complex, consultative B2B sales environments within software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
- Ability to communicate and present effectively to senior customer executives.
- Documented success in verticals such as ISP, IT, Airlines, Real Estate, Travel, or Utilities.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and time management skills.
