TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to cover Eastern Japan (Osaka, Kanagawa)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for customers across Eastern Japan.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners and distributors.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint sales initiatives and customer engagements.
  • Manage sales forecasts and pipeline reviews using Salesforce.
  • Support industry events, webinars, and workshops to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT, networking, or technology.
  • Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and reseller ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese.

Nice to have

  • Business-level English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi, LAN, switching, and networking infrastructure.
  • Experience selling into Education, Public Sector, Manufacturing, or Hospitality markets.
  • Experience working for a networking vendor or IT solution provider.
