What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for customers across Eastern Japan.
- Identify and close new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners and distributors.
- Collaborate with partners on joint sales initiatives and customer engagements.
- Manage sales forecasts and pipeline reviews using Salesforce.
- Support industry events, webinars, and workshops to increase brand awareness.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT, networking, or technology.
- Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and reseller ecosystems.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese.
Nice to have
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi, LAN, switching, and networking infrastructure.
- Experience selling into Education, Public Sector, Manufacturing, or Hospitality markets.
- Experience working for a networking vendor or IT solution provider.
