What you will do
- Drive revenue and market share through strategic value-based selling and ROI analysis.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans to meet quarterly targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes by coordinating with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and partners.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions for AWS Agentic Workspace solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional teams to refine product strategies and educational initiatives.
Requirements
- Japanese: Business level or above (N1+) required
- English: Business proficiency required
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
- 10+ years of total experience in business development, partner development, or sales management.
- Ability to travel moderately as required by the role.
Nice to have
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
- 5+ years of experience building profitable partner ecosystems.
- Industry experience selling Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS), VDI, or application virtualization.
