What you will do

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade and Local Key Account customers.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage product launches, pricing, and merchandising initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in key account management, strategy, or operations within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu required.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional portfolios with P&L impact.
• Strong capability in KPI decomposition, roadmap planning, and stakeholder influence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capability in fast-paced environments.

• Existing networks and strong working relationships with Modern Trade, Local Key Account, Cash & Carry, and Wholesaler buyers.
