Lead Technology Product Manager (AI)

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; onsite office environment. Travel requirements: 25% domestic travel and occasional international travel. Applicants may be required to attend onsite interviews at a hirify.global office.

Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Own one or more professional audit product offerings from 0–1 and through continued growth.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, priorities, success metrics, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Translate strategy into requirements and specifications while partnering with Engineering and Design to deliver product enhancements.
• Use quantitative metrics, qualitative research, and user insights to identify problems, test assumptions, and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market stakeholders and leadership to drive customer adoption, communicate tradeoffs, and manage complex initiatives.
• Identify and deliver responsible AI-enabled capabilities that improve user experience, efficiency, and audit workflow quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Product Management and/or Founder experience, ideally in an early-stage or fast-scaling startup.
• Experience owning and scaling a B2B product or product area with measurable business impact.
• Strong product judgment, business acumen, user empathy, analytical skills, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLMs and AI.
• Computer Science or Software Engineering degree preferred; audit, tax, accounting, or regulated-industry experience preferred.
