Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; onsite role

Base salary: $105,000–$135,000 per year, with potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs for collaboration and AI-enabled technology products.
• Lead product intake, analysis, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, vendors, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, Microsoft collaboration platforms, and productivity solutions.
• Define success measures, adoption metrics, and product health indicators using user feedback and operational data.
• Communicate product performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in product management, product ownership, business systems, business architecture, or a related area.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated success delivering technology solutions with measurable business and user outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, product management, and software delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, knowledge management, productivity technologies, or emerging AI solutions.
• CSPO, CPM, ACPM, or equivalent product certification.
• Experience with product adoption, change management, user enablement, vendor-delivered software, or SaaS platforms.
• Financial services experience and knowledge of responsible AI, AI governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise technology practices.
