Product Leader (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Develop and own an outcome-oriented product roadmap focused on cost reduction, clinical quality, member experience and retention, and team efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Clinical, and Compliance teams to define and deliver product initiatives.
• Communicate product insights, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable decisions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the product area and digital service delivery, providing guidance to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software product management experience, including a proven record of shipping workflows or solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Strong experience collaborating with broad stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide product strategy, optimization, and decision-making.
• Proactive, execution-oriented approach and comfort with uncertainty, rapid pace, and flexibility.
• Experience in healthcare or health insurance is preferred, including work with clinical and operational leaders.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of healthcare or health insurance experience.
• Experience shipping LLM-backed chat, assistance, or summarization features in production.
• Experience owning consumer applications or web experiences at scale, including adoption and retention.
• Experience with practitioner tooling, clinical workflows, EHR, or care management systems.
