What you will do

• Create, modify, and optimize complex CNC programs to ensure maximum efficiency and precision.
• Perform expert-level setups on multi-axis CNC and manual machines.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and enhance safety.
• Train and mentor junior machinists and apprentices to foster skill development.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve manufacturability and support new product introductions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of machining experience working with lathes and mills.
• Strong understanding of safety practices, regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must successfully complete background checks and pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
