Salary: $25.00–$35.00 Hourly

What you will do

• Set up and operate two or more types of large CNC saws for production hardware.
• Perform all machinist-level functions including setup and in-process monitoring.
• Inspect work to detect defects, errors in blueprints, or operational issues.
• Utilize shop measuring instruments to ensure hardware meets specifications.
• Assist the logistics team with receiving, stock pulling, cycle counting, and shipping.
• Instruct and assist lesser-skilled employees as needed.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• 3+ years of professional machining experience.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and basic shop mathematics.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations.
• Basic computer skills for work instructions and training.
• Must be able to obtain certification in the Certified Operator Program and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
