What you will do

• Own end-to-end integration for dedicated LSP accounts by configuring bi-directional webhooks and event-driven pipelines.
• Unify disparate customer data from TMS, WMS, and ERP systems into actionable signals.
• Customize agent logic and interfaces to fit existing LSP workflows like freight procurement and load tendering.
• Debug agent-driven workflows by tracing failures back to specific data points or prompts.
• Build event-driven pipelines using Kafka or PubSub to handle millions of logistics events daily.
• Act as the ground truth for the product team by translating field observations into roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation.
• Must be authorized to work in the EU/Netherlands without employer-sponsored visa support.
• Mastery of API-first design and bi-directional webhook configuration.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and stream processing (Kafka, PubSub).
• Hands-on integration experience with TMS, WMS, or ERP systems.
• Deep domain knowledge in logistics, including freight procurement and carrier management.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI systems (context feeding, prompt engineering, stateful agents).
• Prior experience in a forward-deployed or field engineering role.
• Containerization and orchestration skills (Docker, Kubernetes).
