What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test AI-powered workflows and Libra Assistants.
• Partner directly with law firms and corporate legal departments to configure tailored AI solutions.
• Translate legal expertise into structured data and prompts to ensure robust AI outputs.
• Support customer pilots and proof-of-concepts by adapting Libra capabilities to real-world legal documents.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices for AI-assisted legal work.
• Provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve prompt quality and domain coverage.

Requirements

• Master's law degree in Dutch law required.
• Native Dutch language skills required.
• Professional English language skills required.
• 2-5 years of experience in private practice or in-house legal roles.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, and legal innovation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Alphen aan den Rijn.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech, product management, or automation projects.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and agile methodologies.
