What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of integrations, automations, and customizations for customer workflows.
• Utilize Generative AI, prompt engineering, and semantic search fine-tuning to solve complex problems.
• Conduct data analysis using advanced SQL queries and create strategic dashboards.
• Manage communication and feedback loops with customers, engineering, and product teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical excellence and strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL.
• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vector databases, and data embeddings.
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable customer-focused solutions.
• English: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang or NodeJS.
• Prior experience in customer-facing solution engineering or consulting.
