Location: Remote in Europe (preference for candidates near London, Amsterdam, Paris, or Munich). Expect monthly travel.

What you will do

• Lead and scale a world-class AI/ML professional services team, including hiring and mentoring.
• Develop executive relationships with VP+, CIO, and CDO-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Field Engineering and Sales to define joint strategies for strategic EMEA accounts.
• Design scalable engagement models and reusable solutions to ensure repeatability across the global team.
• Influence Product and R&D roadmaps by sharing voice-of-customer insights and delivery learnings.
• Manage OKRs related to revenue, utilization, and public references.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and scaling high-performing teams of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science.
• Experience building production ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven success in strategic leadership and building trust with senior enterprise executives.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in a customer-facing consulting or professional services leadership role.
• Prior experience working with Databricks.
