What you will do

• Own the software strategy and technical roadmap for the Custom Solutions organization.
• Define software architecture standards, coding practices, and governance.
• Architect complex customer solutions integrating instruments, third-party hardware, and enterprise software.
• Drive the development of reusable software frameworks, APIs, and reference architectures.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements analysis with strategic customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Sales to align solutions with product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in technical leadership or architecture.
• Expertise in C#, Python, C++, .NET, and REST APIs.
• U.S. citizenship or ability to obtain required security clearance.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong customer-facing communication and systems thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated test systems, RF test & measurement, or industrial instrumentation.
• Background in Aerospace & Defense, Wireless Communications, Semiconductor, EMC, or Automotive industries.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
