What you will do

• Perform advanced configuration and customization of Teamcenter modules including Foundation, Change Management, and NX Integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document complex system requirements.
• Lead architecture reviews, performance audits, and PLM health checks.
• Support data migrations, system upgrades, and AI integration using SOA layers.
• Develop scalable digital thread solutions and integrate model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
• Guide technical activities for offshore developers and junior PLM team members.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems (Master’s preferred).
• Hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK, SOAP/REST APIs, Active Workspace, and scripting (Java, C#, Python).
• Proven track record of integrating PLM with CAD/CAE, ERP, and MES systems.
• Knowledge of US aerospace regulatory environments (AS9100, FAA, EASA).

• Experience with AWS cloud-based PLM architecture.
• Prior experience in the eVTOL or mobility industry.
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD, containerization, and microservices.
