What you will do

• Perform advanced configuration and customization of Teamcenter modules (Foundation, Change Management, NX Integration, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document system requirements.
• Manage and enhance the Teamcenter code process using Bitbucket, Jira, and TeamCity.
• Guide technical activities for junior members and offshore developers.
• Support data migrations, system upgrades, and AI integration.
• Drive PLM innovation through digital thread solutions, cloud deployment, and MBSE integration.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK, Workflow Manager, SOAP/REST APIs, and scripting (Java, C#, Python).
• Proven success integrating PLM with CAD/CAE, ERP, and MES systems.
• Strong understanding of configuration management and digital thread processes.
• Familiarity with US aerospace regulations (AS9100, FAA, EASA).

• Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with AWS cloud-based PLM architecture.
