What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle NPD program execution: planning, risk assessment, milestones, reporting, escalation, and action-item closure from concept through pilot builds.
• Manage NPD schedules, budgets, and deliverables while running effective program meetings and maintaining accountability.
• Partner with Product Management using Stage-Gate to define technical value propositions and balance customer needs with engineering constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sourcing, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing to achieve program objectives.
• Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software elements into cohesive product-level designs and benchmark new concepts against legacy designs.
• Approve engineering deliverables (specs, drawings, material requirements, DFMEAs/PFMEAs, verification reports) and organize/document analytical and experimental results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of product development experience, preferably in fluid-handling or valve applications.
• Proven engineering project/program management experience managing cross-functional projects independently.
• Proficient in 3D CAD solid modeling (Auto Desk Inventor preferred) and in cost estimation, DFM/DFA, and program accounting.
• Expertise in CFD for flow modeling and pressure-drop/cavitation/valve optimization, plus force-balance calculations and sealing technologies (O-rings, bellows, diaphragms).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
