What you will do

• Define and implement SAP master data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Lead data governance councils and establish data ownership and stewardship models.
• Monitor and improve data quality across Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance domains.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and retirement of SAP master data using S/4HANA, MDG, and BTP.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Procurement to align data requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management or Data Governance.
• Expertise in SAP modules, specifically S/4HANA, MDG, and BTP.
• Knowledge of data management frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK.
• Project management experience with Agile or PMP certification.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in North Andover, MA.
