What you will do

• Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting and expert knowledge of SAP functionality.
• Develop and deliver application break fixes for critical product defects.
• Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
• Provide remote-based functional support and training for specialist SAP modules.
• Create scripts to identify, analyze, and correct data issues.
• Collaborate with a virtual team to share field experience and improve diagnostic methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience, specifically with SAP Basis.
• Must be based in the US and able to work EST/CST time zone hours.
• Fluent English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Expertise in SAP HANA core technology, architecture, and performance tuning.
• Experience with S/4 HANA full life-cycle implementation and administration.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, or Windows, and databases like Oracle, MS-SQL, or DB2.

• SAP certifications.
• Experience with SAP SWPM tool.
