Salary: $110,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants to foster a strong team culture.
• Oversee high-quality customer implementations, including data requirements gathering and platform configuration.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to data formatting, system logic, and workflows.
• Manage team utilization, delivery metrics, and project portfolio health to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to streamline delivery and mitigate risks.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives to scale the implementation team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chicago, IL.
• 3 years of project delivery experience in a SaaS setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team culture, accountability, and development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to model customer workflows using Excel.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a people management role.
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software experience.
• Experience with ETL tools, macros, and Visual Basic.
• Background in government budgeting, finance, or related public sector fields.
