What you will do

• Lead the translation of US and Canadian tax and regulatory requirements into SAP system changes.
• Facilitate problem-solving discussions with clients and internal teams regarding complex HR/Payroll issues.
• Develop detailed business analysis and functional specifications for SAP module updates.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product compliance and quality.
• Act as a liaison between the Global Tax and Regulatory team and the Development/QA departments.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP configuration, payroll calculations, and tax reporting processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• 15+ years of experience in US and Canada SAP HR/Payroll projects.
• Expert knowledge of US and Canadian Payroll business processes and SAP configuration.
• In-depth experience with US Tax Reporter and state tax file specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record in full development and QA lifecycles.
• Proficient in creating functional specification documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with AGILE methodology and JIRA.
• Ability to read, write, and speak French.
• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
