Salary: $90,000 - $143,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and P&L/balance sheet reviews.
• Partner with internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 across all sites.
• Lead the external audit process and provide interpretation of accounting pronouncements.
• Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals and oversee external business process providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of total finance/accounting experience, including both public accounting (audit) and manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Controls.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Deerfield, IL.

Nice to have

• CPA or MBA certification.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Products (EPM) and J.D. Edwards (JDE).
• Strong organizational savvy and people management experience.
