What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of key partners, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and daily operations.
  • Execute regional market expansion strategies and go-to-market activities such as industry salons and product roadshows.
  • Independently identify and close deals with enterprise end-customers to complement channel business growth.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, delivery, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics in the RPA and intelligent automation industry to iterate business policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally in AI, RPA, SaaS, or ERP/CRM industries.
  • Proven experience in full-lifecycle partner management using Reseller and ISV models.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English as a working language.
  • Valid work permit for Chinese Mainland / Hong Kong.
  • Ability to accept regional business travel.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Cantonese for the Hong Kong market.
