TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (AI): Driving net-new and expansion sales cycles within frontier AI labs with an accent on value-based selling and multi-threaded enterprise deal management. Focus on building trust with complex stakeholder groups and positioning human data infrastructure for model training and evaluation.

Location: Remote (US), with required travel to the San Francisco office and customer campuses across the West Coast.

What you will do

  • Own and drive net-new and expansion sales cycles within named frontier AI labs.
  • Understand customer workflows to position high-integrity human data for model training and evaluation.
  • Map and multi-thread enterprise buying groups to identify champions and mitigate risk.
  • Partner with Services, Success, and Product Marketing to shape proposals and pilots.
  • Report pipeline metrics and deal health to sales leadership with rigor.
  • Act as the voice of the enterprise customer to refine messaging and product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in full-cycle strategic B2B technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of how large organizations buy within AI Research and Technical Program Management functions.
  • Fluency in AI/ML trends including RLHF and human-centered product design.
  • Experience running multi-threaded deals with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in person in San Francisco and on customer campuses.
