Location: Remote (US), with required travel to the San Francisco office and customer campuses across the West Coast.

What you will do
- Own and drive net-new and expansion sales cycles within named frontier AI labs.
- Understand customer workflows to position high-integrity human data for model training and evaluation.
- Map and multi-thread enterprise buying groups to identify champions and mitigate risk.
- Partner with Services, Success, and Product Marketing to shape proposals and pilots.
- Report pipeline metrics and deal health to sales leadership with rigor.
- Act as the voice of the enterprise customer to refine messaging and product roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle strategic B2B technology sales.
- Strong understanding of how large organizations buy within AI Research and Technical Program Management functions.
- Fluency in AI/ML trends including RLHF and human-centered product design.
- Experience running multi-threaded deals with complex stakeholder groups.
- Strong discovery, qualification, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to collaborate in person in San Francisco and on customer campuses.
