What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end sales: identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with vendors and B2B partners.
  • Manage account relationships post-sale to ensure adoption, expansion, and long-term success.
  • Handle vendor relations with daily communication, issue resolution, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership to identify growth opportunities and design tailored solutions.
  • Represent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teams.
  • Develop scalable sales and account management processes as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work remotely with global client and vendor interaction.
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets and scaling sales.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales and account management with measurable results.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills leveraging sales data for decision-making.
  • Experience managing vendor-heavy relationships at scale.

Nice to have

  • Big3/Big4 consulting or equivalent top-tier professional background.
  • Experience selling AI, GenAI, or ML products.
  • Experience in early-stage, fast-scaling startups.
  • Existing network of enterprise clients or vendors in SaaS/AI ecosystems.
  • Exposure to upselling, cross-selling, and customer success strategies.
