What you will do

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with distribution partners to ensure mutual success.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and contracts.
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance against KPIs and SLAs to optimize efficiency and sales.
• Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand market reach.
• Oversee logistics, inventory management, and demand planning processes.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in partner management, distribution, supply chain, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of managing and growing distribution partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical proficiency with data analysis tools and knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Marketing.
• Must be based in the United States.
