What you will do
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with distribution partners to ensure mutual success.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and contracts.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance against KPIs and SLAs to optimize efficiency and sales.
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand market reach.
- Oversee logistics, inventory management, and demand planning processes.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in partner management, distribution, supply chain, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of managing and growing distribution partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical proficiency with data analysis tools and knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Marketing.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or partner management software.
- Multilingual proficiency.
