What you will do

• Implement and maintain the global compliance program and conduct periodic risk assessments.
• Develop compliance policies and guidance materials while tracking regulatory developments.
• Manage conflict of interest disclosures and maintain the corporate Code of Conduct.
• Oversee sanctions and export control compliance, including restricted-party screening.
• Coordinate anti-corruption controls and conduct risk-based due diligence on third parties.
• Manage compliance reporting, lead internal investigations, and create performance dashboards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, legal operations, or risk management.
• Experience supporting compliance programs within a global organization.
• Proficiency in anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, and corporate compliance.
• Proven track record of developing policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Strong operational execution and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth emerging tech companies.
• Expertise in FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and OFAC sanctions.
• Compliance certifications such as CCEP, ICA, or CRCM.
