What you will do

  • Build and execute a group-wide compliance training program, including onboarding and manager-specific tracks.
  • Manage the end-to-end speak-up hotline, including intake, triage, and investigation reporting.
  • Design and implement the conflicts of interest program, disclosure workflows, and certification cycles.
  • Develop audit-ready evidence packs for key risk areas and maintain the risk and controls register.
  • Select and deploy a compliance management system (GRC platform) serving Legal, Finance, and Operations.
  • Create a repeatable playbook for establishing compliance in new jurisdictions during global expansion.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in compliance or ethics, with a track record of building programs.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering compliance training at scale.
  • Hands-on expertise in AML, ABC, and KYC requirements.
  • Experience selecting and implementing compliance tooling and systems.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Experience in high-growth, scale-up, or global environments.
