Salary: $129,500–$185,000

What you will do
- Supervise and develop junior compliance team members supporting CMS activities.
- Act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and partner-bank representatives.
- Drive the execution and validation of remediation plans for audit and examination findings.
- Review marketing materials and customer communications for regulatory compliance.
- Lead the design of risk assessment frameworks to evaluate control effectiveness.
- Provide risk-based guidance to product and operations teams on applicable laws and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of experience in regulated financial services, fintech, or lending compliance.
- Deep understanding of consumer financial protection laws including UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, and EFTA.
- Proven ability to work within the United States regulatory environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an ownership mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with credit card programs or banking-as-a-service.
- Familiarity with regulatory examinations and CFPB complaint responses.
- Professional certifications such as CRCM or CAMS.
