Location: City of London, UK. Must be comfortable working from the London office a minimum of three days per week.

What you will do

• Provide Line 2 review and advice on new products, customer initiatives, and market expansions.
• Review and approve financial promotions to ensure compliance with FCA rules, FSMA, and Consumer Duty.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to develop compliant communication strategies from the outset.
• Assess compliance and conduct risks arising from evolving business activities.
• Enhance financial promotions governance and internal controls to improve efficiency.
• Deliver training and coaching to business teams to strengthen first-line compliance capability.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of compliance experience within financial services.
• Strong technical expertise in UK financial promotions regulation and FCA rules.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (minimum 3 days per week).
