What you will do

• Manage day-to-day export compliance using e2Open, including restricted-party screening and sanctions checks (EAR, OFAC).
• Lead global privacy operations, maintaining DPAs, SCCs, and AI governance documentation.
• Coordinate evidence collection and delivery for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer security diligence (DDQs/RFPs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, GTM, and Engineering to scale compliance infrastructure.
• Maintain and update customer-facing trust center content and privacy resources.
• Drive compliant onboarding for customers and partners through rigorous export controls and diligence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance, privacy, or paralegal roles.
• Proven experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology companies.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with e2Open or similar denied-party screening platforms.
• Strong understanding of U.S. export controls (EAR, OFAC) and international trade compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with CLM systems and legal workflow/operations platforms.
• Background working within an in-house legal department at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience with GRC platforms and trust-center workflows.
• Experience supporting enterprise customer contracting and compliance processes.
