What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document functional and business requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops and process mapping sessions for cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Serve as the functional SME for Sapiens CoreSuite Claims and Digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to align solutions with business goals.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry.
• Deep domain expertise in Workers' Compensation claims and processes.
• Hands-on functional experience with Sapiens CoreSuite (Claims and Digital modules).
• Proven ability to manage complex business and functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills for facilitating workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with testing activities, including UAT and defect validation.
