What you will do

• Participate in early-stage presales and discovery calls with insurance and reinsurance prospects.
• Analyze client business problems and workflows to determine product fit.
• Map client needs against existing capabilities and define high-level customization scopes for estimation.
• Support Sales and Presales teams in positioning the product and demonstrating solution fit.
• Identify recurring market patterns to evolve reusable product capabilities.
• Translate validated business needs into structured functional requirements for Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager.
• Strong expertise in the insurance domain, specifically commercial insurance, underwriting, or reinsurance.
• Proven experience in presales, discovery, or solution assessment activities.
• Product mindset with experience working with configurable enterprise platforms or SaaS.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, early-stage client conversations.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced (B2/C1)
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine
