What you will do
- Process paperwork for new and renewal business, including Acord forms and submissions.
- Maintain client details within the agency management system.
- Manage and produce binders, renewal certificates, policies, invoices, and endorsements.
- Perform account reconciliation and assist in processing final audits.
- Utilize technology systems and tools such as ImageRight and Sagitta.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with associates and clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 1-2 years of insurance-related or professional office experience.
- Obtain and maintain a valid Alaska Business Insurance License.
- Obtain a Surplus Lines License within the first 2 years.
- Achieve an AINS or INS Designation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
