What you will do

• Acquire and onboard SMEs and merchants for the online platform.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and implementation of strategic marketing programs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with merchant partners and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute initiatives supporting online business growth.
• Track business developments, merchant inquiries, and partnership activities.
• Review sales contracts for compliance, provide after-sales support, and address partnership-related concerns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Retail, Brand, Electronics, Payments, or related industries.
• Comfort conducting client presentations face-to-face and virtually.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-spoken, organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proactive approach, strong collaboration skills, and passion for driving business improvements.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
