Project Manager Operational Excellence (Medtech)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Rastatt or Hechingen, Germany). 1-2 days remote work allowed.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives, including New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver measurable business impact and QCD improvements.
• Establish and optimize project management standards, governance, methodologies, and KPI-based reporting.
• Manage communication and alignment with senior stakeholders and cross-functional steering committees.
• Mentor and coach other project managers to increase organizational PM maturity.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in complex environments.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and governance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries.
